I just picked up a Yamaha RM1X on ebay. Unfortunately some of the buttons needed to be replaced, so it is in peices in my studio at the moment while I slowly but surely make the repairs. I can’t wait to finish replacing the buttons so I can start working on material for an all hardware based live set. My plan is to use the RM1X for sequencing and some drums then use my MS2000, Micron, and Repeater as sound sources running through my Vestax PCV 275. I’ll also have my Alesis Air FX hooked up. I can’t wait!
