I’ve been thinking of picking up a midi decoder kit from Highly Liquid.

Actually, I’ve pretty much decided that I will. I’ve already got an enclosure to put it in. I would like to be able to control the patch bay bends on my 505 via midi messages. Also that way I could control bends on any modded instrument in the future as well. I’ve bought a few other kits from there in the past, the MIDI Speak 2 and the original SKM, although both instruments are now dead. At least I got a crap load of samples out of my speak and spell before it croaked.
